Molding Rubber

Ok, I have some rocks around my property that the sides of which would look great as part of my hill. I did a test and found out that rtv just won't do because it never gets completely hard. I need some leads to what I am looking for. I remember as a kid we had some in the den of cub scouts I was in, but the person(my mother) is dead so I can't ask her what it is.. I have seen you all out here talking about it in the past but nobody ever gave it a name. All I can say is Help!!

Tap Plastics has a large variety of RTV silicone mold-making materials. I prefer the blue, but I also have used the food grade. None of them get "hard"
