Kurt, at least you have some. We had a dusting this morning and all of the Lincoln County schools are closed. Everything is nice and dry and sunny. What wimps we have become.
Back forty years ago, such a day during this time of year was NOT at all uncommon. It was expected every year.
Hey Kurt, How about we make this thread a snow photos thread, much like our other special threads? I'll start us off. A foot of snow blankets northwestern North Dakota after a major winter storm lashed the area. An eastbound stack train eases downgrade into Minot; the trestle and nearly all around it are clothed in white.
