I've come up with a concept for the Saucier Central that I would like to share. I thank all of you for your previous comments, especially Mark for his "doodle". (I didn't realize I was rotating the plan as I was lettering it until after it was inked....sorry:tb-ooh The concept is for two branches, both originating at Landon Jct., serving rural communities during the late '40s. All traffic enters and leaves the SCRR via an interchange with the BBRR, my brother's system, at top left. The minimum radius will be 14" at the two end loops. Actual positioning and siding lengths will be determined as the roadbed is laid, based on what looks and "feels" right. The loop behind the paper mill will be partially hidden to maintain the concept of two separate branches, each serving different communities. (The loop is there only to provide the "Board of Directors" with the ability to merely run trains, rather than serve the communities. Hey, I want to play occassionally, too.....:tb-biggrin

Hi Fr. Bill, I've progressed a good ways in the past 2+ years, just not as far as I would have liked, which seems to be a common malady with most of us. I'll take some photos and post them in a few days. Thanks for your interest...and for waking me up. :tb-biggrin:
