   I was just wondering what Polly Scale blue matches Missouri Pacific Blue. I am making my LL GP38-2 a MP model.

   I personally use the Badger MOPAC Blue, but I believe the Missouri pacific historical Society website http://mopac.org will have a paint listing in the modeler's section.
