I built a drive in theater in a big empty space, but nothing funny going on: There is a Hot August Nights dance tonight here: There is a bear up to no good by the grain elevator: Here is one lousy fishing hole:
Scenes On the LK&R's former layout there was a scene of some girls skinney dipping in a lake. Above the lake behind a log was a guy with field glasses checking them out. The idea came from Don Stanton's wife one club meeting. Rene was telling a story about when she was about high school age and went skinney dipping with a couple of her girl friends. Rene and I worked on the scene. We had in the figures box the guy with field glasses so I put him behind the log. There were lots of chuckles from visitors when seeing the peeker behind the log. We did have a few complaints but they were far and few.
Skinnydipping is a Northwest tradition. I can't imagine getting that upset over 1:87 scale plastic figures.
