OC Engineer JD has pretty much nailed it here with this stream: Continuing with the water theme, here's Tony Hammes crossing on his BN pike: Wolfgang Dudler's ELNA locomotive in Naumburg: Tehachapifan's custom SW-1500 is in progress:
Marty Coil's SP&S woodchip gondola: JStarbuck's custom painted N scale 44-tonner: A grade crossing on Southernman's layout: Fcnrwy's conversion of a B23-7:
Jgiovenni's grain elevator: Smallbore3p's Texaco station: Flash Blackman's custom-painted bus wraps us up this week:
Again great shots of great modeling. I would like to know how JD did that stream. The falls and rapids look great. A little history of Flash's bus would be nice too! George V.
I find myself wanting to know more, too. Perhaps our modeler/photographers will chime in here.:tb-biggrin: Flash has labeled the bus photo Black Hill and Western. It appears to be a custom paint job of an Athearn bus.
Flash told all about that bus in this post. TrainBoard.com - View Single Post - Weekend Photo Fun November 6, 2009
I thought it looked familiar! Hard to believe a cast plaster bus. (You'd think it would be hard to forget a cast plaster bus.) Now where'd I put that ....mmm.. uh...oh yes, memory medication. George V.
Mark, I'm happy to see my picture here and happy to read your comment too!. This is the layout where you can find that grain elevator (actually, a Faller kit!). Ciao, [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-RPf0aOSP2U"]YouTube- Sessione operativa sul plastico di Low River - Scala N[/ame]
Great you choose my ELNA at Naumburg. I used this set up for some snow and a X-mas picture. I'm still exercising. Wolfgang
