Since you have changed the Train Board web site, I have experienced very slow page loading. It's as though I am on a dial-up network. At home I have DSL and at work I have a T1 connection and I experience the same problem on both computers. Is anyone else having this problem?
Have not seen any issues at work or at home nor has the upgrade of the site occured yet; only a few cosmedic changes so far getting ready for the upgrade. Powered by vBulletin® Version 3.8.2 :tb-nerd: :tb-nerd: :tb-nerd: :tb-nerd:
I haven't had any problems like this, either. Have you tried cleaning out your browser's cache? Good luck, Adam
The cache clears automatically when I exit Firefox. I don't have this problem with any of the other websites I frequent. It seems to have started when the new header was applied, therefore I thought the newer web software had been activated. Also some of the pages look different. For instance, when I edit a post, the page has all the smilies with it. The page didn't have that before. It gave me a plain comment box. Then when I use the back button, it takes me to the thread I was posting to, but without my post. Then I have to hit the back button again to get back to the home page. This has not happened before so I know something has been changed.
Have no problems of late myself with Firefox, and that's from the UK. But sometimes I do get TrainBoard loading slow, but I put that down to either my wireless going slow, or my ISP throttling my connection.

I am using Firefox on a PC platform one place and on a Mac platform at another. I haven't had any problems, which is why I am wondering if there is something peculiar about your browsers particular settings that is slowing things down. Maybe someone here will have an answer or will have solved the same problem already...
MOPMAN, Have you "upgraded" to the latest Firefox? I seem to remember someone else saying they had problems with the latest one at this site. Adam
I've not seen any of the problems described here. Nor am I aware of any of the changes mentioned. Charlie
