$1 donated - where's my apple? (Only people my age will understand that one !!). Thanks for all that you do in making this the University of Model Railroading
A good idea ... looking at contribution thread led to doing an annual non-renewing contribution , $24 in for the year and glad to help at this time ...:tb-biggrin:
Wow! Okay guys, this prompted a lot of regular support donations, which is not what I was aiming at but thanks! All of you folks that did the regular support options will be getting an e-mail from Mike within the week. If not, private message me. We try not to let anyone slip through. For you folks that gave a dollar, thank you as well. We easily made it and it's really cool that people can give just a dollar and that it ads up to the point that it totally makes the cost of something go away. Sometimes we have to spend $100 (or more) here and there and if we can cover those costs it just makes it so easy to keep going. We may have some costs associated with our big upgrade as we are hiring someone to work with us on it as we have a few things that we know are going to need to be worked on at that time. One of our staff members donated $100 especially for this purpose (thanks again Russell) and that will be the first $100 that we spend. If it costs much more we may do the dollar thing again at that time and pick up some folks that didn't make this little party. We'll let you know if/when that time comes but again, thanks everyone! Charlie
