how to contact kato for non-listed spare parts ?

hello...


i need to order a few parts from kato. unfortunately the needed parts are not listed in their online catalog. is there any other way to get in contact with kato's spare parts departement ?

i'd need a handrail set for a cp es44ac and 3 glass sets for es44ac (either complete or just the rear lenses).
