    I hesitate to permanently glue my N scale people down on my planned layout. I see there is
    Deluxe Materials AD29 Tacky Wax (28g)
    available, which isn't a permanent adhesive. Has anyone here used this product?

    Thanks!

    @Kisatchie

    Moose has not, but Moose does use Aleene's "tack it over and over" for such applications where Moose no wanna permanently glue things down.

    I have used the Tacky wax/museum putty stuff. I use it mostly for holding loads on flatcars, but I have used it on figures as well. It works well if you have a fairly large surface, but not so well on the bottoms of feet, or the bottom of vehicle tires. The biggest issue in those cases is it's almost impossible to not have it show. I agree with Moose on using Aleene's. I've also used a similar product from Woodland Scenics, but Aleene's is much cheaper.
