Not sure what to say about FF troubles. That is outside of our abilities. I hope you are using the latest version? I am an Android user, but not with FF on my phone. Do have it on my laptop.

A short while back, Google changed something with their mail servers(?), which is causing any information we send out to Gmail users never reach their mailboxes. We are powerless to influence them in any way.:mad::mad: It is causing us no end to headaches!:mad::mad:

Ok the Google thing explains why I never got any of the email messages . As far as logining in goes I either have a mind block or or I changed my password and forgot what it was . Is there a way I can reset it here in chrome and then try to log in in FF ? .

You are logged in now, being able to post.

So, while logged in, look toward the upper right corner of your screen. In the black bar area, in small white letters is your User Name. Click on that name. A menu will drop down. Find and click on "Privacy". Within that you should see an option "Password". Click again. In here you can change your password.

That would work great , if I could remember my old password .

Confusing. In order to be posting messages here, you are currently logged into some sort of device. So you should be able to access your information, without need to recall a password..

I'm logged in here because I set this phone up about 8 months ago the last time I was in the hospital . Problem is I can't remember the PW for some reason . I usually use something easy and almost identical to the old PW . Is there some way you could reset it on your end ? Or send a code to my other email ?

For Chrome I believe in this area you can also see the password that was saved for the site you're researching, yes? There should be a "Show Password" option, possibly with an eyeball icon next to it. I've used that feature on Firefox to find out what my password was for a site that I've forgotten.
