How does everyone keep superglue nozzles from clogging after a while??
Tips on mine tend to clog rathe quickly. Requiring that I drill them out, to
help in getting them cleaned out from the inside.
For me, tapping bottle on surface does NOT help. Figure I could stick a pin
or something similar, in the nozzle, but think it'll still clog rather quickly.
    Appreciate any suggestions!

I do the pin in the nozzle thing. Works pretty well. I also only buy the smallest tubes. Costs more per ounce, but in the long run, more economical as there is less wastage.

I usually just do the tapping routine. When I have tried the pin method, not sure why, but it seems to get glued in place.

I agree with buying the smallest size tube. I never know when it will simply decide to cure and be garbage can fodder.

I have the bottle, nozzle up, on the table surface, have a Kleenex ready over the nozzle opening, and squeeze the bottle and put the Kleenex right on the opening, at the same time, so the excess glue gets ejected out into the Kleenex so the opening doesn't have any glue left in it to plug it up.

I use a common push pin. For “troublesome” containers, I use a small finishing nail and pull it out w/ pliers on my bench.

Sometimes I pour debonder in the cap before putting it back on.
