Does anyone know how to contact Life-Like by e-mail or 800 number concerning their guarantee? I have an SW9 on which the gears don't mesh. It worked O.K. for about 5 minutes and since then the motor just spins. I bought another one cheap that worked and put the original aside. I now see in another posting that Life-Like has a lifetime guarantee. Their website does not give any way to contact them. I'd sure like to get the first one fixed up since I've got an extra set of Micro-Trains couplers for it.

If you knmow how to reach Life-Like, please let me know. Thanks.

greg, did you contact the hobby shop you got it from, most of the time they will replace them first. they also have a website at life-like.com. but first try your hobby shop im sure they will help out.

MOPAC3092 - I got it from a mail order shop no longer in business. The nearest hobby shop is over 100 miles from me. Life-Like's website has NO information about how to reach them, which is why I posted the question.

Nice going Guys! Good help! I thank you, and I'm not the one needing the help! There's always someone here that has an answer! [IMG]
