As promised, here is a series of shots taken at Richmond, Va. this weekend. WARNING... these are LARGE images, generally in the + 200 kb range! http://www.trainweb.org/ncrail/images/CSXT5012.jpg Chessie
Here is a rear truck and radiator close up: http://www.trainweb.org/ncrail/images/CSXT5012b.jpg Chessie
Here's a close up of that wildly overhanging rear section.... (you could easily stand under it and not get wet in a rain storm) http://www.trainweb.org/ncrail/images/CSXT5012c.jpg Chessie
Ahhh, dual exhaust, the last piece of evidence... Great photos, i just wish you'd put your name & copyright in a little smaller font, it's kinda distracting!

I guess I am just a little too sensitive about the issue Chessie

On my web page, I just try to add the copyright in a location where it can't be cut off without chopping off part of the engine - works well on builder's-style photos from an angle, but harder on straight-on profile shots. If you've got a good photo editor, maybe you can shrink the text, angle it, and add it like stenciling on the side sill! ------------------ Dave Railfanning & modeling modern CSX [This message has been edited by drolsen (edited 21 August 2000).]
It's too bad people have to be so stupid. I have lot's of pics i've gathered over the years, but i'd never claim them as my own, much less post em. There for personal reference only... Now that i'll be able to post my own pics now(I've always had server space just no camera), i'll have to think how to address that problem.
