This spring I thought I would replace my cheap power pack which came with a Bachmann set and which I used last year on my small garden railroad. Since I use DCC (Digitrax chief) for my HO layout, I would like to use it for the garden also. My question is will I have any problem operating the loco analog for awhile? I would probably shut down track power except when the train was in use. I don't want to install a decoder until I decide I'm happy with track power oppossed to battery power. Any comments would be appreciated. Gary
