So like, How do I post like Hemi did? I try to start a new thread and all I get are thumbnails that I cannot link to text. How do I do more of a narrative like he did. I want the text to go with each picture independently. Educate me please.
I uploaded mine to Rail Images. Click the link int he upper RH corner of your screen, create albums, and upload. There, once uploaded, you can copy/paste URL code into your post which will link and post a large photo in the post. If you need help, ask me or Boxcab.
No, tried that. Same old story. I click on upload photos in rail images and nothing happens. Rats! Maybe another computer...
That happens to me, too, when the photos are too big (Bytewise). Try to get them under 1 MByte each and try loading just 4 or 5 at the maximum. It always works when I do this. hth Michael
Go get a free account at http://photobucket.com/, and upload your photos there, over there you can upload pictures up to 1 woo woo woo each, and you have 1 gig of space free. Once they are uploaded, you can copy the "IMG code" of each picture and paste that code here in this thread. That's what I do when I want a quality detailed picture posted. That way, Trainboard isn't affected by file size because your files are over at photobucket, not here.
100K is sufficent for most internet posting. If you can trim the size to about 640x480, you'll nail it every time. About all 4000 of my photos are sized that way.
