Did the CSX inherit some GP38-2's from the D&H? I remember photographing at least one that appeared to be in full D&H paint, possible CSX sublettering (?) Based on the information I have at this time, the GP-38's were purchased Lehigh Valley, renumber by the D&H, renumbered again by Guilford (GTI), renumbered again by CP Rail. Some have been scraped. I do show GP-39's going to CSXT. I might have some of the images you are looking for within the DHVM within the Railroad section under "EMD: GP-39-2" which is near the bottom of the right side. I am reviewing new roster information and will be updating the DHVM over time as time permits. Harold, dig up a photo and that will help. Yes, the GP-39s went to CSX, and D&H has acquired some Guilford power (more recently). Now that I am looking at the pictures, they appear to be GP39-2's... I have a shot that clearly shows the sight glass, two radiator fans, plus the turbo stack.
