    hello to all my fellow model railroaders outn there im trying making making a huge effort for thiat cause imtrying to get intrest to walthers in making an ho scale model of the southrn and northfolkd southern hogshed tobacco cars if you are like me and would love to see thse cars be made and really love to have them in your collection and rolling stock then please join me in this cause by email or contacting walthers by phone and request that these beautiful cars be put into production thank you to all those who will show intrest in these cars and this cause theres no better way to do it then ask your fellow modelers for help thanks again john

    hoghs.png update i would like to let those who have shown intrest in this cause that i have once again contacted walthers about making ho scale models of the hogshead tobacco cars iwant to think those have have helped with thise cause imworking very hard at i will include i photo of this car for those who are not familer with them

    I'd take one if only for display. One of those "babies" would overwhelm my 12 ft. x 12 ft. layout.

    But thanks to your posting, guess now I may start a "petition drive" for my favorites. Those low-slung phosphate hoppers, wood rack, and wood chip cars. Those cars moved in fleets, not single cars. Plastic kits or r-t-r, I'd buy a lot of them.

    And something else - both Walthers and Bachmann could sell more cars/engines if they offered more road numbers.

    dave i couldnt agree more with you it seems to me that companys like bachmann athearn and walthers could make more stuff if your like me im from south and you dont see much passenger stuff along the lines of gm&o l&n southern and so on as you do other passenger lines and as for the hogshead car im really trying to get walthers to produc these cars i know they would be a good seller for them i mean they do the 86' boxcars i hope im getting the message out to people into contacting walthers about making these cars
