Tomkat: Thanks for the great signs. I am using some for a gas station. Your are doing a great service for modelers. I saw you had some political ads in one group. That was a nice addition. I like just looking at them, it brings back memories. Keep them coming. MOW
Thanks for the praise! Please post some photos of the gas station when it is done. Also anyone else out there that has used some of these signs post some photos of how you used them. Thanks tkat
I, too, enjoy your signs. Will post pictures at some point. Any chance of you doing some from the 1970's?
I model small town midwest circa 1969. These small towns & villages seem to look to the past more than a modern suburb. I look for signs pre-1970 to fit what I model & enjoy sharing my finds with others. You can do google or ebay searches for signs of your era, copy, paste, rezise to your scale then print. tkat
Z scale service station TomKat Here is a Z-Scale Service station that I built using some of your signs.. Thanks for the signs. MOW
WOW! & in Z scale....Anyone else out there have photos of their use of signs? Please post for all to see!
I just wanted to say "Thank You!!!" for all of these signs. It must take a lot of work to put these together and it certainly saved me a TON of work by giving me a lot of alternatives to the artwork that comes with regular billboard kits. The following picture is one of your artwork files in a Midwest Billboard kit. It sure beats that lousy preprinted stuff they offer. I understand they have to tread lightly because of trademarks and such, but thank goodness we have your files as an alternative. NCDaveD
