Oh no...I bought a house and have to move the railroad [IMG]!! Any suggestions?? Luckily it is relatively small (4x8) but we have some very tall mountains that will be threatened by the move [IMG]. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Cograts on your home purchase... hopefully you negotiated for additional train right-of-way [IMG] You may have to remove a couple of the mountains for the move... many times people with standard 4x8 layouts end up slicing them into managable pieces in order to mpve them. Most interioer door wodths are from 28-32", so if your mountains protrude more than that, they may need to be trimmed and re-attached. Fortunately, I have not had this problem, but I am sure someone in our group has experience.

    Good luck!

"And what have you learned Dorthy?" [IMG] If you have to rebuild or, God forbid! EXPAND! Build it "Moduler" or "Domino" style. Make your mountains removable too. This way, if you have a derailment or you have to move again, you can take them off.
