Great to hear it is working properly now. Or will when you get the Encoder replaced anyway. BTW, when I first got my used one I saw a video that stated there is a setting I guess for sensitivity of the wheel Encoder or wheel. I can't find it now or do I know where it is in the settings? Just for your info. Like I said I don't use my wheel cause it kind of jumps instead of being steady. But I am fine just using the -/+ buttons on the Left by 4 or 10 and the single digit on the Right.

Maybe they will give you an entire year of Warranty like it is NEW since they manufactured it incorrectly? When it was acting up at first, the LCD screen, just you just think that was the way it was? Just curious?

I only started the hobby four years ago, so I wasn't using the cab often as I was busy building the actual layout. As for the LCD, it only happened occasionally, I figured it was a software bug, and procrastinated on reading up on the issue. Years later, well, in this model railroad industry, I figured it was par for the course. It seems many things I buy just don't work until fixed from whatever dumb thing wasn't done at the factory :D

You get your Encoder from NCE? If so did you install it and is it all working fine now? Just wondering?

It's somewhere in JFK according to USPS tracking. Still got to clear customs on its way here.

But I don't know if I'll install it immediately when I get it, I wanted to try hooking up my DCC++ex command station since getting an older Samsung tablet to use as a controller.
