If it is not a big task, I would like to see the overall pinks and blues changed. How about Brunswick green and and Paine's gray ?
Fix it yourself! xenforo seems to be, from what I have read, in-you-face and up-to-date technology, which those of us born last century have a certain disdain for. I keep posting, nobody reads it...at least in FireFox, load "Color That Site!" and you can change and tone it WAY down. Mine has been that way since about the day after this visually invasive stuff showed up on my monitor. Seriously.
Oh, you're saying I can do it on my end ? I'm on an HP Chromebook laptop...Guess that's not a factor...
I downloaded the High Contrast extension for chrome . Get it at the web store . Makes the light blue lines much more visable .
Appreciated. But TB should have its own constant coloration as before. The ones it has now I'd like to see more secondary colors. These are too washed out and seem to not be related to railroading... I do like the orange TB capital letters on top in the blue background and along the sides, though.
The apparent goal amongst software writers is to quietly force everyone into the writer's idea of how things are to be. You get forum software, faceplant (which is the absoluter worst offender), and MicroSlime....the whole gamut. You can see the verbalization of it in MS latest...everyone WILL be on the same version, same updates, same upgrades...remember to kick against the pri......errrr......software. FBP to recover FacePlant to where you are comfortable. Classic Shell or Start8 for Windoze 8. Color That Site! for here and elsewhere. I have a lot of stuff to help me overcome some hairball software engineer's idea of what is "right".
Thanks to Mike C for the tip about Chrome High Definition. Real nice, and it has several options. Thanks Mike1 Carl
Your welcome Carl ! It does make the pics a bit too dark , but it's real easy to turn off and on to view the pics.
