I normally model in n-scale, but I have the opportunity to do some running on an HO layout. Walthers has just released a GP9 model. I am interested in possibly getting one, with DCC/Sound. Does anyone have experience/opinions on Walthers recent locomotives?
Drives are pretty solid, the Proto models have road-specific details, but the detail is probably a little less than Genesis or Scaletrains Rivet Counter.
