hello all, I have an old roundhouse 0-6-0 that has a pittman dc 60 that gave up the ghost the other day. while i could probably find another dc 60 on ebay I am thinking that if I am going to buy something It might as well be new. does anyone have any experience with replacing these? If anyone is interested the motor will turn briefly at 12v and stop, I have cleaned the brushes and am applying voltage directly to the motor which has been removed. Thanks
