Well, it's been awhile since I've talked about this subject and a few things have been going through my head. First, I have a picture posted on our N-Traks club web site that has one of my AOW Dash-8's in the shops. After seeing this I've decided that the AOW would still be around for my new layout. For those of you who may not know about the AOW, here's a little back-ground. The AOW, a.k.a. The Aransas Odessa & Western, is a fictional railway started buy The Santa Fe and Burlington Northern Railways. Jointly owned, the AOW runs between Aransas Pass (Corpus Christi), San Antonio, Austin, Odessa and El Paso, Texas. This route is also home to the SP but isn't the same route, slightly different. Anyway, seeing that I'm going to model the BN also, I decided that the AOW was going to have some run-through power on my "Chilli-Division". I think it will be made up of mostly GP18's and GP 35's. I will still use the large AOW on the side of the car body instead of the Smaller script of, Aransas Odessa & Western due to the difficulty of alining the individual letters.
