Locally the B&O Station at Sykesville, MD was transformed into a restaurant known as Baldwin Station (buildings architect was E.F. Baldwin) and it traded under that name from 1997 to 2020 when its owners retired and sold out. The new buyers opened Sykesville Station as a restaurant with the relaxing of Covid restrictions in 2020 and closed it in the late Summer of 2023. The building and business has been bought by a local 'quality' Italian restauranteur who intended to reopen in the Spring of 2024. I wish them luck!
