Has anyone used the SE block signals WITH the LED supplied? I have some that came with out the LED and they are VERY good looking. The only thing I don't like is that there cast in white metal so there not very strong but other than that there great. My question is how are the LED's? Do the signals still retain the realism they had before? Thanks! ------------------ Craig Martyn Best Looking Models Around Custom detailing AND N scale detail parts. BLMA N Scale Detail Parts
Craig, I built my own LED signals and they are fine actually LED signals are now used prototypically on most railroads ------------------ Paul Cassar-# Member number 50 ICQ 61198217 http://users.bigpond.net.au/railroad2000
Hi Paul, Do you have any pictures of the ones you did? I would really like to see them! Also, there is a club down here near LA (East Valley Lines) and one of the member made oh I would say about 50 of the little low yard signals by taking a red and a green sqaure LED's and mounting one on top of the other. Quit nice looking I must say and really simple! Thanks ------------------ Craig Martyn Best Looking Models Around Custom detailing AND N scale detail parts. BLMA N Scale Detail Parts
A friend has some of the lighted Sunrise signals (searchlight) and they look great. He has now gone out of N scale so I may get them from him at a good price ------------------ Alan The perfect combination - BNSF and N Scale! www.ac-models.com Andersley Western Railroad Alan's American Gallery

Craig, I have several SE signals and a Jay's Signal. There is a photo of both on my web page in the nscale section. I am very pleased with the signals from Dan Crews(SE). His after-purchase support is great. I get lots'a compliments from visitors on how both signals look. Some of my signals are connected to a "Signals Animator", which changes them from green to flashing yellow to red. ------------------ Keep on Track'N at www.phcomputing.com Harold Riley

It really is impressive how the signal will change from green to red as the train passes, and then cycle to yellow and finally back to green. Ed Harrison
