Ack! Sorry guys, I can't go along with you on Twain. Being in the radio business I've heard all of that I can take.

    No flames please!
    http://www.smoothjazz.com Now, that's music!

Back on track ... a new laptop would be good for Christmas but I need that before Christmas ...

Anything Frisco makes me happy! A new fleet of N Scale Frisco boxcars would be fine with me. [IMG] But, I don't think the manufacturers would cooperate. [IMG]

    That would certainly be cool!
Hmmm... there's a place down South (or is it the lower mid west?) that peddles s/hand cabs. You could get a roughy for around US$8000. I'll try to track down the URL.
Also, the ex-Soo EV cabs have been wandering from Stinson Yard in Superior where they were in storage. A little closer to home...

Hey now buddy, them's fightin' words!! [IMG]

wish it were a bit true, though- I would be able to find one or two Proto 2000 E8s in Frisco "racehorse" colors, or even GP15-1s in Frisco colors- both of which are near impossible to find. Freight cars in Frisco are easy to find, but not Frisco-painted locomotives. [IMG]

Since everyone is postinf the Christmas list, here is mine:

    1) A certain LSA on a certain Amtrak train to say "YES, I WILL" to a certain question.

    2) A cab ride into Chicago

    3) A unlimited Amtrak rail pass

Ok here is mine...a bit of everything I am afraid [IMG]!! I would like more N guage flex track, turn-outs etc. so that I could begin laying track on the new SFSW [IMG]. At the same time I would really like to get a bunch of On30 stuff to stash away for the Someday railroad [IMG]...Most of all though I want to continue having as much fun with this stuff as I am now!! Happy Holidays and Happy Modeling!!

I've always wanted the same thing. It would be nice to sit up in the cupola and look out the window and have the laptop sitting on the table and surf the TrainBoard and drink coffee!

Cajon Southern & Southwest RR,a previously
unheard of division of the Great Frisco
