    Back in Feb 2024, I ordered a TCS WOW decoder for my Bachman. 4-6-0 from Tony’s Trains and I’m still waiting for it. I was able to talk to somebody once and the said that the one decoder they had in stock is missing and they would be ordering more. That was back in early March 2024.

    Since then I’ve tried calling/ leaving messages and emailing them but I haven’t gotten a response. Luckily, they have not charged my credit card.

    Is anybody else having this same problem?

    I would suspect they, like most of the world, are short-staffed and behind on communication. A sickness with a key employee could also be the cause of delays. Their news page hasn't had an update in a few months, which could indicate the above. Perhaps a little more patience may be in order...:cool:

    Maybe so. In the past (Dec 23 - Jan 24), I’ve had items sent to me from them within 2 weeks.

    Wahoo! I just got the notice that my decoder will be shipped. It just took more time than expected.
