Who do you guys use to host your websites? Ive been with angelfire for years and it's really time for me to move up and out of there. I've been making graphics and basic HTML codes for the new website, but I need a web site host now. Thoughts? Suggestions? etc..
I'm pleased with the service I've gotten from NetProHosting where The Rip Track is hosted. It's not the cheapest, but they offer the tools that I need and always answer support questions right away.
I have located several web hosting services. Most of them seem to run about 4 dollars a month with domain name (www.wboy.com) like 2 GB of space, etc... more upscale than Angelfire. Whats so attractive is no pop-ups and the domain name. Instead of having "http://www.freewebhosting.com/blah/etceteraetcetera?=65/61.76.2.945/users/members/CP&E_3207.htm" I can have "www.cperail.com"
You should consider the data transfer too. I had to go to higher cost because my data transfer came about 12,500 woo woo woo one month. Usually I have about 5 GB. I use about 300 woo woo woo space. Wolfgang
Pat, Chat with me about it and I will give you some advice. Obviously, I've been around the block on web hosting. (And they beat me up in the alley.) Charlie
