We'll it's been May since I updated this thread. I have been busy this last month and now it is official, both ends f the layout reach each other. I still have some main line that needs work but I now have a point to point layout going. I still have some wiring to do and the next build out will be for a drop bridge and the staging yards. Then it's time for scenery. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
The middle pic. Kinda hard to tell but at the far end is where I did the realignment. The tracks on the far left with all the pax equipment is my main line with the wider curves. The other tracks are secondary line more short line stuff. And are to have the run through trains on main line and shorter locals on the inside. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
Here are some pics from the other direction. The first is the realignment. Second looking down all the tracks and the third showing the corner where I still have to work on the round house area. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
I have added some new power to my layout. 5 pieces to be exact. All programmed and ready to go and yes they have sound. Now I just need to get some decoders for a few atlas RSD 4/5's. I am planning on using these two RSD 15's as yard switchers. Maybe I will find some decent ones soon. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
Yeah, still got some more cleaning to do. But getting started was the easy part. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
I have finished my Timetable and System Special Instructions. I would load it here for all to see but it is in word format.
The coaling tower is scratch built. I need one more BNSF unit. Not sure which one to get Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
Ok here are the screen shots of the time table and special instructions. Do to how the shots took, they look a little different than the actual document but the idea is there.
