At least your wires have a sag to them. Just went outside to check the wires around here. They all seem to sag about a foot +/-. Alot of layouts have no sag at all, i.e. straight as an arrow. LOL Probably won't have that many on my layout at least not along front edges just backdrops. There's too many flying arms around (mine >).
You are right, Andy, I hope I can string the ez wire with sag in them as well. For some reason, some of the ones I made with the thread came out real nice and some not so. I will do some more experimentation and report back...
Sag is mandatory, due to contraction during lower temperatures which can come after the day it was strung.
Here is a photo of some of the EZ line utility wire product I have been installing on my layout: Updating my layout progress, I have purchased some of the EZ line and have been stringing it up, it is a lot easier than the thread. I bought the white but think it looks better, in general, as black so have been painting it with black acrylic artists pigment.
I see something most folks don't normally add- The individual drops to buildings, and the way you did it. Nice.
