My birthday and Father's Day are rolled into one weekend and my family took good care of me. Got a Fox Valley B&O Wagontop caboose, a Ryobi 18V rotary tool, hobby knife and blades, plus some things to ease painting of small items. Oh, and some new socks too. :)

Multi-Hundred means several hundred, like a 500 hundred or 1,000 wheel pack

Definitely have to buy tickets. Obviously I bought more than one. There were some big prizes donated by manufacturers. Another Big Blow, a six-pack of modern GE power, a twelve pack of locos, complete trains and passenger consists. Some shops added to the pile. I’m not naming donors as some are not forum advertisers.

Not latest but fairly recent. I am SO tire of taking, what seem like eternity, to stuff my train stuff into a sedan to take to events. Although it's a good size sedan, it's the juggling and figuring out what goes where that's always a PIA. I fly R/C airplanes too so having a sedan is like torture!

Missed the word "multi" but hundred packs are still a lot better than the 12 packs.

Got two decoders for my Kato SD80MACS. Actually I ordered three because I didn't check the locomotives and the third locomotive was a Kato C44-9W which takes a different decoder. So got a Return Merchandise Authorization and sent one back for a store credit which will be applied to the correct decoder for the C44-9W. This will complete the decoder installations for all of my DCC ready (drop in) locomotives. Now I have to decide if I want to try installing decoders in the non DCC ready locomotives. Right now, I'm inclined to forego the effort because while I can never have enough hopper cars, locomotives have a limit.

Yes, 1:1 SUV. All my trains ride in luxury. Nothing but the best for them! :ROFLMAO::LOL::D:)

It's here :) Now to test it and paint some hobby stuff. Have no idea what those larger bowls are for. It had a warning page, Don't Use Water. Then in the instructions it says to clean it add 8 drops of water, what?

Run the water through it and let us know how it works. I'm interested in getting one so a compressor doesn't bother the renters below and across the wall.

Don't use tap water, it will leave the residue it has. Use distilled water, it doesn't have the residue.

Picked up new decoders, 3 Zimo MX621N's for the FVM GE ES-H locomotives. I like these because they have advanced featured like RailCom+ and with Acceleration Momentum and Deceleration Momentum, it is relatively easy to setup distributed power and run really long trains, like 300 - 400 cars long if the layout would allow it.

I’ve got that airbrush-I couldn’t have a large compressor while I was in Japan. But i thought it was good for my purposes-laying down a single color to fade rolling stock or to prime and repaint a loco shell.

Since you have used it, any tips for me, and others that plan on getting it? Of course I have never used an airbrush. But this thing is awesome. I just have to learn to use it. I'll be using it for small projects, 3D printed items, if it works, and some plastic aircraft kits I have in my small stash, about 6-7 kits!

While not my purchase, I received a Metcal GT90 soldering station from my wife, and a Wagner FURNO heat gun and variety pack of heat shrink tubing (with adhesive sealant) from my daughter, for Father's Day.

My son got me a really nice, heavy leather belt that I wanted. Though it's not strictly MRR related, I suppose it does free both hands from holding my pants up while I'm "workin' on the railroad!"

I had already bought a selection of tips for the new soldering iron, along with various soldering accessories & supplies to replenish my ancient, well-depleted stock.

I think the biggest thing is just make sure you clean it well after you’re done for the day or between switching colors. I found that if I didn’t disassemble and put sufficient effort in cleaning, I would get exactly what I deserved the next time I brought it out-stuck parts and lost time cleaning it when I really wanted to be painting
